I saw this child-sized wicker rocker in need of some love at an antique shop and decided it would make a great piece for E. – a nice companion to the two new adult wicker chairs I bought for the front porch. Plus, it was a steal at $25. I wish I had "before" pictures – the paint was dark green and chipped and it had no seat. I picked a bright "raspberry" paint and the neighbor cut out a seat that I covered in fabric from a sale. Evyn loves her new chair. Now we can sit on the front porch together in style this summer. More pics in Finished Projects album.

What a great find. Rasberry is a great color and looks good with the chair cushion. She should get many good years out of it.
